RAGNAR Jónsson
Born in 1969. An active detective chief inspector with the crime scene and forensic unit in Reykjavík Iceland police.Ragnar is one of the creators and writers of the TV series Svörtu Sandar (e. Black Sands) (2021-2024). Ragnar has also been a special advisor on various tv and film projects in Iceland since 2005.
Jón Atli Jónasson
Born in 1972. Jón Atli is considered one of the foremost Icelandic playwrights. His plays have been performed in London, Paris, Berlin, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Athens. He has written several scripts for film, most notably The Deep (Djúpið 2012) based on his own play. It was shortlisted for the 85th Academy Awards for best foreign feature 2013. Jón Atli has been nominated for The Nordic film price on three occasions. He has written three novels. His latest Toxic 2023 will be translated and sold in Germany. Jón Atli co-wrote the first season of the crime TV series Arctic Circle (Ivalo - 2017) He also has various projects in different stages of development with Warner Brothers TV in Germany and Turbine Studios in the UK.
Vivian ólafsdóttir
Born in 1984. Vivian is an international actress from Iceland. Her work is mostly found in TV series and films. She is the Edda ́s nominated leading role in the action movie Operation Napoleon (2023) where she starred beside Ian Glen, Jack Fox, Wotan Wilke and Ólafur Darri. She is also known for her nominated supporting role in Cop Secret (2022). She also starred in Black Sands (2021-2024) the TV series and most recently 112 Reykjavík (2025). In addition to Icelandic Vivian is fluent in both English and German
